02 / Project pricing

Clear scope before a number is named.

We do not publish a one-size-fits-all rate card. First we understand what needs to change; then we make the work, assumptions, responsibilities, and fee visible in a written proposal.

No fixed price, package amount, or testimonial is implied on this page.

A proposal is specific

You should know what you are agreeing to.

After an initial exchange, we can confirm whether the work is a fit and what information is needed to scope it. A proposal sets out the deliverables, exclusions, dependencies, decision points, timeline, and fees before any project begins.

01

The shape of the work

A focused landing page, a multi-page B2B site, an online shop, and ongoing marketing are different projects with different demands.

02

What already exists

Useful content, product data, brand assets, platform access, and a clear decision-maker can change the amount of new work required.

03

How the project needs to run

Languages, integrations, approvals, compliance needs, migration, and launch responsibilities all affect the scope.

04

What happens after launch

Support, content changes, campaign management, or further development can be scoped separately where useful.

Timing, honestly

An estimate needs the right conditions.

A 6–12 day estimate may apply only to a compact, single-language website when scope is agreed and the required materials, access, and approvals are ready. It is conditional, not a general turnaround promise. Larger, e-commerce, and complex projects have their own timeline; a proposal confirms fit and timing.

Timing also depends on timely feedback, third-party access, and decisions. We will call out dependencies rather than hide them in a headline estimate.

Website and design

One project, properly framed.

We define what is being designed or built, the pages and content involved, platform assumptions, review rounds, launch needs, and what is outside scope.

Website development

Ongoing work

A cadence with clear edges.

Marketing and website care need agreed responsibilities, access, response expectations, and a realistic work rhythm. We scope those separately around your needs.
